Independent media-player software
VidiYow is independently developed media-player software. It enables users to connect, organise and play media sources selected or supplied by them. It supports common formats and connection methods such as M3U/M3U8 playlists, Xtream-style services and Stalker/MAC portals. IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a technology for delivering television over IP networks; the technology itself is not inherently illegal.
VidiYow does not itself broadcast television, host third-party streams, sell channel packages, provide IPTV subscriptions, supply provider credentials, or operate a film or series catalogue. Users choose and configure their own sources.
Public and user-selected sources
VidiYow is designed to work with personal media, official public-broadcaster streams, free-to-air services where permitted, public-domain or openly licensed media, and other sources users are legally entitled to access. The website may refer to independent public directories, such as iptv-org. That project describes itself as a collection of publicly available stream URLs and says it does not store video files. It also explains that its links are user-submitted and believed to have been intentionally made public by rights holders. This is the third party's description, not a guarantee by VidiYow that every entry is authorised in every country or for every use.
Rights and user responsibility
Users are responsible for checking the rights, terms and territorial restrictions that apply to each source. A stream being publicly reachable does not automatically mean that every form of access, recording, redistribution or commercial use is authorised. Users should prefer official broadcaster websites and sources with clear licensing or permission.
Technical support for M3U/M3U8, Xtream-style or Stalker/MAC connections is not an endorsement or certification of any provider. VidiYow does not bypass access controls or provide credentials.
Third-party services, names and artwork
External websites, directories, streams, logos, trademarks and artwork are controlled by their respective owners. Their mention or display does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Any sample images or demo media used by VidiYow must have a documented licence or permission and must be credited where required.
Availability and payments
Playback of external streams depends on independent source operators, network conditions, devices, geographical restrictions and supported formats. Public playlists may change; channels may be removed, become unavailable or cease to exist. VidiYow does not guarantee that any particular third-party channel or playlist will remain available. The optional public playlist is not a Premium feature.
Premium is currently described as a one-time payment of €2.99 EUR, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The payment is for the VidiYow Premium functionality presented at checkout, not for external channels or guaranteed access to third-party streams. VidiYow does not offer an additional commercial money-back guarantee solely because an external stream stops working. Mandatory statutory withdrawal rights and consumer remedies concerning VidiYow's own digital functionality remain unaffected. The live payment provider and checkout terms must match the actual implementation.
Operator and contact
VidiYow is operated by an independent individual developer, not an incorporated company. Contact: vidiyow@mail.com. The full legal operator name and any legally required geographical address must be completed in the Operator Information page before paid commercial operation where required.
